Do I need a Paypal account to make a purchase?
No. You can use your payment method via the Paypal portal without a Paypal account.

How do I download my purchase?
All files are digital e-pub files which are immediately available once purchased. A download load link will be available on the order confirmation page, an email with a download link will be sent to the email address that you provide, and you will also be able to access the download in your account if you create an account.

How many times can I download my purchase? 
Your e-book download can be downloaded 3 times max.

How can I read my Kim Sauvage e-book on my desktop, laptop computer or other devices?
Kim Sauvage books are available in ePub format. To read these e-books on your desktop, laptop computer or other devices, you will need to download an ePub reader application or plugin for your browser or device.

Do I need an account to keep track of my purchases?
No. You can download and re-download your e-book from the e-mail sent after your purchase.

If you set up an account it will keep track of current and past purchases and download links.

If I create my account after I have purchased and downloaded my e-book(s), will I be able to see all my past purchases?
Yes! As long as the same email is used for the account creation, you will be able to see previously purchased e-books.
